Julie Khamati is a human rights advocate with over three years of professional experience in advocating for gender equity and equality. She is a program assistant at the Forum for African Women Educationalists and plays a central role in project implementation and coordination. Before joining FAWE, Khamati worked at Makadara Social Development Office as a volunteer. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Development Studies from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Gender and Development Studies at Kenyatta University.
