Dr Katharine Vincent is director of Kulima Integrated Development Solutions, a specialist climate change adaptation consultancy that works across the global South, with particular experience in southern and east Africa.  She conducts applied research and undertakes technical consulting assignments on adaptation and disaster risk reduction, typically applying a gender lens. She has experience designing, implementing and monitoring and evaluating adaptation projects funded by climate finance. She is committed to ensuring that adaptation efforts are effective and equitable in the reduction of climate risk.
