Nelisiwe Nhlabatsi-Dlamini is the National Coordinator at the Swaziland Network Campaign for Education for All (SWANCEFA), a National Education Coalition in Mbabane, the Kingdom of Eswatini.

She is an advocate for access to quality, inclusive public education for all and children’s rights. Nelisiwe is passionate about education, gender equality and human rights in general and has 10 years of development work experience. Nelisiwe holds a bachelor's degree (LLB) from the University of Eswatini (UNESWA), Education Policy from the University of Witwatersrand, South Africa and Education Programs and Projects from the IIEP in Paris France.
