With over twenty years of experience in education, Bianca conducts teacher professional development across Brazil and authors educational materials for Brazilian publishers. Her research at the Federal University of Paraná (Brazil) and the University of Porto (Portugal) explores the role of teacher learning communities and collaborative professional development in improving teachers’ practices.
