Carly manages the partnership between the Fred Hollows Foundation and the Global Partnership for Education. She has significant experience in community engagement and stakeholder management in the corporate, not for profit and NGO sectors.

Carly previously worked for the Australian Council for International Development (ACFID) where she campaigned for an increase in Australia’s aid budget to meet the commitments of the Millennium Development Goals. She was Vice President for Health Australia and Tanzania, working in partnership with Tanzanian NGOs to deliver health, water and sanitation projects in rural communities. She is passionate about alleviating poverty and homelessness and has worked closely with communities throughout Victoria to address disadvantage and advocate for the needs of those without a voice.

Her areas of expertise include community development, program and project management, campaigning and advocacy, communications, stakeholder engagement and event management.
