Theavy Leng joined UNICEF Cambodia in February 2014 as an Education Officer to support the implementation of UNICEF’s education programs in the Siem Reap zone. This team focuses on capacity building of Implementing Partners and strengthening the quality of their on-the-ground delivery of various programs such as ECCD, Local Life skill program, leadership and management, teaching and learning, planning and budgeting etc. Since 2007, Theavy has worked in the field of education, with the NGO education network and has extensive experience with both policy formulation and implementation in the field.
