Ian Kaliwo is a consultant on girls’ and women’s education at continental level. His work experience covered girls’ education at the African Union/CIEFFA, harmful practices (child marriage and FGM) at the AU Commission (AUC), and youth development to their empowerment in the AUC’s Youth division. Mr. Kaliwo holds a Bachelor of arts degree in Financial Management and Accounting from the University of Sunderland, United Kingdom.
