Dr Paul Atherton is the founder of Fab Inc., a social enterprise specializing in supporting education systems through building data and technology solutions combined with education sector knowledge. He holds a PhD in the Economics of Education, a MSc Development Economics and a BSc Economics. Before Fab Inc., he worked at FCDO for six years – working on value for money issues before moving to working on the Girls’ Education Challenge and then managing the education program in FCDO Rwanda; and at the Institute of Education where he was a Lecturer on Economic of Education.
