Replenishment

Every few years, GPE mobilizes resources from donors to replenish its fund and be able to give every child a quality education

GPE’s financing campaigns are an opportunity to raise the funds needed to implement the partnership’s strategy and to increase global education financing so that SDG 4 can be achieved.

Financing GPE 2025

The 4th financing campaign covers the period 2021-2025 and will finance GPE’s new strategy, GPE 2025. The goal is to raise at least US$5 billion over 5 years to transform education systems in up to 88 countries that are home to 1 billion children and youth.

Replenishment 2018-2020

GPE’s 3rd replenishment raised donor pledges totaling US$2.8 billion. During the Financing Conference in Dakar co-hosted by Macky Sall, President of Senegal, and Emmanuel Macron, President of France, partner countries also pledged to allocate US$110 billion in domestic budgets for education for the 2018-2020 period.
